Delete your account
Oratella has an account only if you linked Premium to an email. You can delete it here, without the app.
What is deleted
- Your email address.
- The list of devices that use Premium, with their names and when they were last used.
- Any sign-in code that is still waiting.
Your books, places and bookmarks were never on our server. They stay on your devices and in your own cloud if you use sync.
Before you delete
- Deleting does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store, on Google Play, or for a website purchase in the Stripe billing page.
- Your devices go back to Lite. A purchase made in the App Store or on Google Play comes back on a device with Restore purchases.
- A purchase made on this website was reached through your email. After deleting, it can no longer be used on a new device.
- Payment records stay with Apple, Google or Stripe, as the law requires.
Delete it
We send a 6-digit code to show that the email is yours.
Your account is deleted
Questions, or no access to the email any more? Write to support@oratella.app. In the app you can also delete your account in Settings, then Oratella Premium.
